8:00 - 9:00am Optional Morning Yoga

9:00 - 10:00am Breakfast and Overview for the Day

10:00 - 12:00pm Morning Group Session

12:00 - 1:30pm Lunch and Free Time

2:00 - 3:00pm Afternoon Group Session

3:00 - 4:00pm Small Group Reflection

4:00 - 6:00pm Free time (hike, yoga, massage)
