This 30 Day Meditation Challenge was designed by Stanford MBA Vanessa Loder, a women’s leadership expert and Tedx presenter who has been featured in Fast Company, Forbes, Glamour Magazine, The Huffington Post and more.

After getting her MBA from Stanford and spending close to a decade working in finance on Wall Street and in Silicon Valley, Vanessa realized she had climbed to the top of the ladder only to realize it was the wrong ladder. She is a self described over-achiever whose unfulfilling experience of continual career climbing left her burned out, exhausted and eager to find another way.

She began studying mindfulness, neuroscience, optimal performance and behavioral psychology. Her personal transformation, subsequent research and work have led to thousands of women clarifying their next career move and creating success in an entirely different way. Vanessa has coached senior women and global leaders at Fortune 500 companies including AirBnB, Bain & Co, Charles Schwab, Cisco, Dreamforce, Emerging Women, Goldman Sachs, Google, LinkedIn, Mattel, PwC, Salesforce, StubHub!, The North Face, The Stanford Graduate School of Business, Uber, Watermark Conference for Women, Women in Private Equity and many other organizations.

Loder received her MBA from Stanford University and her BA in Economics from Columbia University, Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude. She is certified as an Executive Coach by the Hendricks Institute and is trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
